摘  要:凯威特网壳的设计参数主要包括跨度、矢高、环向重复区域份数、径向节点圈数和杆件截面尺寸,每类参数的变化都会引起结构内力的重新分配进而改变结构的受力规律;这5类设计参数相互耦合,但应存在一个"最佳组合"使网壳结构的网格尺寸合理、用钢量最省且受力最为合理。对跨度30~90m、矢跨比1/3~1/7,环向重复区域份数6~12,径向节点圈数6~16的数百个单层凯威特型球面网壳模型进行了截面优化设计,以结构用钢量最省为优化目标,优化过程充分考虑了结构强度、刚度和整体稳定性,得出了凯威特型网壳5类主要设计参数的"最佳组合"规律,为工程设计人员提供了有益的参考。The main design parameters of Kiewitt reticulated shells are span,rise height,number of circle hoop symmetry areas,number of radial node cycles and bar sectional size.The variation of each parameter can result in the internal force redistribution of reticulated shells.These five design parameters are coupling and there should exist an optimal combination to achieve the goals of minimum total steel consumption and reasonable mesh size.In this paper,hundreds of models of reticulated shells include two different bar groups were built and optimized with span of 30 ~90 m,rise-span ratio of 1/3~1/7,number of circle hoop symmetry areas of 6~8 and radial node cycle number of 6~16.Sectional optimization with the minimum total steel consumption of reticulated shells as the objective function was conducted by the two level optimization methods based on discrete variables.Integral stability constraints are considered in the process of the optimization procedure.Finally,an optimal combination of main design parameters is presented for engineering reference.
