摘　　要：《晏子春秋》是一部记载春秋时期齐国名相晏婴生平和思想的先秦文献,它与《周易》经传之间有着密切的联系。一方面,《易经》作为当时知识阶层所倚重和推崇的文化经典,奠定了《晏子春秋》理论体系的基础;另一方面,《晏子春秋》的学术风格、政治理想、处世之道又给此后出现的《易传》以深刻启示。二者的这种互动关系,值得我们高度关注。Yanzi Annal is a book recording the words and ideas of Yan Ying,the famous Prime Minister of Qi Kingdom in Spring and Autumn Period.There is a close relationship between Yanzi Annal and Zhou Yi.On the one hand,Yi Jing,the important book stressed and recommended by ancient intellectuals,laid the foundation of academic system of Yanzi Annal.On the other hand,the academic style,political ideals and philosophy of life in Yanzi Annal gave deep influences on Yi Zhuan.Great attention should be paid to the relationship between Yanzi Annal and Zhou Yi's classics and commentaries.
