论中国民主模式的构成要素及其联动关系

摘　　要：中国民主模式的基本构架是党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国的有机统一。它由四大要素构成,即作为保障要素的中国共产党领导,作为核心要素的人民代表大会制度等制度体系,作为支撑要素的宪法法律的有效运行和作为价值要素的以人为本理念。其中价值要素是一条贯通性主线,是贯穿各要素的灵魂,另三个要素相互激发、相互促进实现联动,以达到有机统一。本文认为只有三要素实现联动,才能促进中国式民主不断发展。The basic framework of democratic model in China is interiorly formed by the leadership of the party,the people as master of the country and the rule of law.It consists of four elements,namely,the leadership of the communist party of China as a safeguard factor,the people's congress system as a core element,the effective practice of the Constitution and other laws and the people-oriented concept of value elements.Of them,the element of value as a run-through line is the soul of all factors.And the other three elements inspire and promote one another to achieve linkage in order to achieve the organic unity.This text argues that as long as the three elements are linked together,Chinese-style democracy can be achieved further development.
