摘　　要：文章在明确电子文件信息安全技术体系研究目的的基础上,采用模型分析法和层次分析法构建出包含物理安全层、系统软件平台安全层、电子文件管理系统安全层和电子文件信息内容安全层的四层电子文件信息安全技术体系,同时依据相关技术应用过程中的职责划分讨论了电子文件生命周期不同阶段的实施策略。Based on understanding the research purposes of electronic records information security management,this paper uses model and layer analytic method to construct the technology system which contains physical security layer,system platform security layer,electronic records management system security layer and electronic records information security layer.At last,according to the segregation of duties in the process of related technical applications,discusses the implement tactics of the technology system.
