摘　　要：文章分析了目前常见的几种档案信息资源建设机制及其各自的利弊,详细叙述了档案用户的需求特点,并从安全保障与质量控制、需求跟踪、优化与整合及共建共享等几方面介绍了基于用户需求的档案信息资源建设机制。This paper introduces common archives information construction mechanisms.It gives anal ysis of their advantages and disadvantages,and offers the detailed characteristics of their users' demands of these mechanisms.Besides,it emphases user-demand-oriented archive information construction mechanism from the following perspectives,mechanism security and quality control,demand tracking,optimization,integration and sharing.
