摘　　要：电子病历作为医疗领域的重要档案,是病人的健康记录,是医生看诊尤其是正确处理医患关系的重要凭证和依据。随着实践应用的不断扩展,其安全管理是一个需要档案专业重视和值得探讨的问题,文章通过电子病历与传统纸质病历的对比,分析了电子病历存在的安全隐患,最后从政府和医院两个角度提出切实可行的较完善的安全管理措施。Electronic medical record (EMR), regarded as a new and important kind of archive , is a patient’s health record and important evidence of the treatment, which can help to deal with the medical disputes better, With the increasing application of electronic medical record (EMR), , the safety management of EMR is important and deserves further research. The text first compares the EMR with the paper medical records, then analyzes the threat to the EMR and at last from the perspective of government and medical institutions, puts forward some practical measures to safeguard the EMR better.
