摘　　要：民生档案资源建设和利用服务对于改善馆藏结构、拓展档案馆的公共服务职能具有积极的作用。民生档案的概念及种类划分亟待理论上的阐释,民生档案资源整合及服务创新等问题有待深入探讨。文章对上述问题做了一定程度的探讨,以期为更好地开展民生档案工作提供借鉴和参考。The resources construction and the service of the livelihood archives have a positive role in improving the collection structure and expanding the public functions of archives.Therefore, it is necessary to interpret the concept and the classification of the livelihood archives, and the resources integration and service innovation of it should be further discussed.This article discusses the above issues in a certain degree, in order to provide better reference to carry out the livelihood archives work.
