摘　　要：钙离子通道是气道上细胞重要的离子通道之一,它与气道慢性炎症、气道高反应性、气道重塑有关,深入了解它们的结构、功能以及调控机制,有助于揭示哮喘的发病机制,并为临床治疗哮喘提供新的理论依据。Calcium channels of airway cells is an importantion channels , which regulated airway inflammation , airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remoding , in-depth studied of their structure , function and factors of regulation , that would contribute to reveal pathogenesis and provide a new theoretical basis for clinical treatment of asthma.
