腹腔镜肝切除技术的立体化培训实践

摘　　要：目的建立腹腔镜肝切除技术培训的方法,评价其教学效果。方法通过理论授课、影像学习、模拟训练、动物实验、临床实践等一套立体化培训方法,对2010年6月至2012年6月38名医师进行腹腔镜肝切除技术的培训,培训周期为1个月。结果 38名受训者均掌握腹腔镜肝切除的基本操作,在上级医师指导下均可完成腹腔镜肝左外叶切除及肝脏边缘局部切除等较为简单的手术过程,3个月内可独立完成上述手术。结论本研究所建立的立体化培训方法教学效果较好,腹腔镜"模式化"肝左外叶切除可以作为腹腔镜肝切除技术培训的切入点。Objective To establish a three-dimensional teaching modle of laparoscopic hepatectomy (LH) and evaluate its efficacy. Methods From Jan 2010 to Jan 2012, 38 students accepted a set of training programme of LH, including theoretic teaching, videos wacthing, simulation training, animal experiment and clinical practice. The training cycle was one month. Results All of the 38 students mastered the basic technique of LH and could perform lapascopic left lateral hepatectomy or local resections under the supervision of the teachers. And could complete the above procedures independently 3 months later. Conclusions Our three-dimensional teaching modle of LH has good efficacy and the patternized laparoscopic left lateral hepatectomy can be regarded as the starting point of the technique training of LH.
