髓过氧化物酶在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血清髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxi-dase,MPO)的浓度变化及临床意义。方法测定CHF组71例老年患者和对照组30例(无CHF老年人)老年患者的血清MPO、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度、超声心动图左室功能参数,同时分析CHF组的血清MPO与hs-CRP、超声心动图左室功能参数之间的相关性。结果 CHF组血清MPO、hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);MPO与左心室参数之间具有良好的相关性,与hs-CRP呈弱相关。结论血清MPO浓度在老年CHF患者中升高,可能参与CHF的发生、发展过程,MPO的检测有助于CHF病情的判断。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum level of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Seventy-one elderly patients with CHF and 30 controls (no history of heart failure)were selected,and serum MPO was detected by ELISA, and high sensitive-C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) was detected with immune nephelometry method.Left ventricular function parameters were measured at the same time, including left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Results Serum levels of MPO and hs-CRP in patients with CHF were higher than those in the healthy controls (P<0.01). Serum level of MPO was positively related with LVEDD and LVESD,and negatively related with LVEF (P<0.05).There was weak relativity between the level of MPO and the level of hs-CRP in the serum. Conclusions The level of MPO is increased in elderly patients with CHF, which might play an important role in the development of heart failure, and it is helpful for the judgement of the severity of CHF.
