摘　　要：知识产权作为特质的知识资源,除了能为科技企业孵化器内的在孵企业带来持久的竞争优势之外,还能协助在孵企业实现跨越式的发展。文章在探讨科技企业孵化器服务内核的基础上对科技企业孵化器的知识产权服务内涵进行了界定,并通过对科技企业孵化器知识产权服务结构模块的深入解析,得出了孵化器的知识产权服务主要分为服务资源投入模块、服务行为运作模块和服务成果产出模块三部分。在此基础上,凭借对孵化器知识产权服务各模块间互动机理的探寻,揭示了科技企业孵化器的知识产权服务是以服务需求为导向、以服务资源为基础、以服务产出为目标所构成的服务行为集。Intellectual property rights as the trait of knowledge resources can not only bring the lasting competitive advantage to the incubator for technological businesses within the enterprises, but also assist in the span type development of the incubated enterprises.The article defined the connotation of intellectual property rights service of science and technology business incubator based on the kernel of science and technology business incubator service.Through the analysis of the intellectual property service structure module, the incubator of intellectual property services are dividid into three parts : service resources input module, service operation module and service result output module.By analysing the interaction mechanism between intellectual property service modules, it is revealed that service of intellectual property rights of science and technology business incubator is service demand-oriented, service resources-based, and service output is the goal of service set.
