学研机构技术创业活动与孵化机制匹配研究——基于过程视角

摘　　要：从过程视角来阐释学研机构技术创业内涵,围绕创业机会这一概念,构建了涵盖多个阶段的学研机构技术创业过程模型;并将学研技术创业过程划分为酝酿、创建和初创三个主要阶段,认为酝酿阶段包含机会识别、机会评价和选择两个环节,孵化的形式主要为创业支持承诺;创建阶段包含机会开发模式选择、机会精炼与商业模式完善两个环节,孵化的形式主要为创业管理咨询和指导;初创阶段主要是对创业活动进行改进、发展和稳定,孵化的形式主要为创业资源的支持和协助发展外部关系网络。母体在不同阶段采用匹配的孵化模式,有助于创业活动快速、健康的发展。Contents of the academic and research institution technology entrepreneurship in process perspective was explained in the paper.An academic and research institution technology entrepreneurship process model was established which cover multiple stages.On this basis,the author divides the entrepreneurship process into three main stages: embryonic stage,creation stage,and start-up stage.The author claimed that embryonic stage contained two aspects: opportunity identification,evaluation and selection.Support commitments were important in this stage.Creation stage contained two aspects: choice of exploitation mode,opportunity refinement,and formation of business model.Management consulting and guidance should be provided in this stage.Improvement,development and stability of the entrepreneurship occurred in start-up stage.Support of entrepreneurship resources and assistance in development of the external network were useful.Matching incubation mechanism in each stage can contribute to the fast and healthy development of entrepreneurship.
