论社会资本视域中的阶层关系和谐

摘　　要：构建和谐的阶层关系已经成为我国现代化进程中必须面对和正视的问题。社会资本的核心要素是信任、规范和关系网络,这为建构和谐阶层关系提供了新的理论视域和分析范式。从社会资本的视角看,目前我国社会阶层关系不和谐主要表现为社会信任缺失引发阶层关系紧张、社会规范不健全突显阶层矛盾、社会关系网络不均衡导致阶层固化现象。培育社会资本,重建社会信任,增进阶层间的理解与合作,完善社会规范,减少阶层间的对立与冲突,协调社会关系,加强阶层间的沟通与交流,是构建和谐阶层关系的重要路径。It is one of the most important and urgent issues to build harmonious social stratum relations during the process of modernization in China.The core elements of social capital include the factors of trust,norms and networks,which provide a new perspective and research paradigm for the construction of harmonious social stratum relations.From a perspective of social capital theory,the main problems with the current social stratum relations are as follows: the class tensions caused by the lack of social trust,the class conflict caused by the imperfect social norms and the class solidification caused by the imbalance of social network.It is the important path to build harmonious social stratum relations through cultivating social capital,rebuilding social trust,improving social norms and coordinating social relations.
