摘 要:通过实验研究不同搪瓷釉的组成、烧结温度和时间对搪瓷釉性能的影响,从而分析不同烧结温度和时间对铸铁搪瓷釉耐酸、耐热、耐温差急变等性能的影响.结果表明,在搪瓷釉中增加ZrO2和BaO的含量显著提高了铸铁搪瓷层表面的耐酸耐热性能.铸铁搪瓷釉最佳的烧成温度为740℃,最佳烧结时间为8 min.铸铁搪瓷层表面的耐酸指数为AA级,耐热温度为520℃,耐温差急变的温度为320℃.To study the affect of the composition of enameled glaze,the sintering temperature and time to enameled glaze's performance,and then to analyze the affect of different sintering temperature and time to enameled glaze's performance,such as acid-resistance,heat-resistance and thermal shock-resistance.It was found that increasing the contents of ZrO2 and BaO could improve the acid-resistance and heat-resistance of cast iron enameled glaze obviously.The best sintering temperature of cast iron enameled glaze is 740 ℃,the most appropriate sintering time of that is 8 min.The cast iron enameled glaze's acid-resistance index is AA grade,and its heat-resistance temperature is 520 ℃,the thermal shock-resistance temperature is 320 ℃.
