摘　　要：探讨和总结18例深度感音神经性耳聋患儿电子耳蜗植入术的围手术期护理。分别采取术前心理护理和知识准备;术后病情变化的严密观察;积极预防术后感染和各种颅内外并发症;指导患儿加强听力语言康复训练等,对减少术后并发症、提高手术成功率具有重要作用。因此,综合全面地护理是手术成功的关键因素。Nursing care in the perioperative period of electronic cochlea implantation of 18 children suffering from deep sensorineural hearing loss is discussed and summarical,in which preoperative psychological nursing and knowledge preparation,postoperative watchful waiting of the postoperative,active prevention of postoperative infection and all kinds of intracranial and extra cranial complications and enhanced training of the hearing and speech rehabilitation for the children are respectively adopted.Consequently,comprehensive nursing care is a critical factor of a successful operation.
