高血压脑出血病人术后颅骨缺损修补方法分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血病人术后的颅骨缺损修补方法以及旋转弹性夹具在颅骨缺损修补手术中的作用。方法回顾性分析本组31例高血压脑出血术后颅骨缺损修补病人,采用数字化塑形钛网、术中使用旋转弹性夹具修补颅骨缺损,将手术时间、手术中发生钛钉松动、脱落颗数与传统组29例(手工塑形钛网、术中未使用旋转弹性夹具)手术相比较。结果数字化塑形组:手术时间平均为(72.3±5.3)min,出现并发症癫痫1例;传统组手术时间平均为(99.3±6.4)min,出现并发症4例,癫痫2例,皮下积液2例。数字化塑形组未发生钛钉松动、脱落现象,手术时间明显缩短,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论三维塑形钛网结合旋转弹性夹具修补颅骨缺损可显著缩短手术时间,减少并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the methods of repairing the skull defects of hypertension patients after cerebral hemorrhage and the function of the rotating elastic clamps in the operation.Methods Reviewing 31 cases of the patients experiencing this kind of operation,and comparing the operation where the digital shaped titanium meshes and the rotating elastic clamps are used with the traditional one where manual shaped titanium meshes are used,but not the rotating elastic clamps in the length of the operation,the loose titanium screws and the number of the titanium screws which fall off in the process.Results The operation span of the group with the digital shaped titanium meshes is(72.3±5.3)minutes with one case of complications of epilepsy while the operation span of the traditional group is(99.3±6.4)minutes with 2 cases of complications of epilepsy and 2 cases of subcutaneous effusion.In the operation with the digital shaped titanium meshes,the titanium screws don′t loosen or fall off and it distinguishes itself for the short span of the process(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional shaped titanium meshes and the rotating elastic clamps can significantly shorten the span of the operation and reduce the risk of complications.
