11550例油田职工体检心电图临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究油城特定年龄段的青年、中年和老年职工健康体检心电图的异常表现,分析影响异常的相关因素,为临床提供依据。方法从3.1万名体检职工资料中采取总体抽样法,选择3个年龄段组对11 550名体检者心电图进行分组。按拟定观察指标进行分析。结果 3个年龄段组P-R间期、Q-T间期均值的组间比较具显著性差异(P<0.05);窦性心律失常的发生率与年龄呈"杓型"关系;快速心律失常、慢性心律失常、左室高电压、传导阻滞和ST-T改变,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组间比较具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论定期心电图健康普查,及时宣教并系统分析,对早期发现、预防、诊断和治疗老年性心脏病提供循征医学资料有重要的意义。Objective To study the specific age of young,middle-aged,the elderly workers′ health examination of electrocardiogram and abnormal related factors,to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods From 31 000 medical staffs′ information,taking the overall sampling method,selecting three representative age group,including 11 550 examinees′ electrocardiographic in 3 age groups.Analysis of observation indexes was done.Results Of the three age groups of P-R interval,Q-T interval mean significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);sinus arrhythmia incidence and age were in 'dippers' relationship;rapid arrhythmia,chronic arrhythmia,left ventricular high voltage,conduction block,ST-T,Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups differences were very significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular ECG health survey,system analysis and timely propaganda,has important significance of evidence-based medicine information to early detection,prevention,diagnosis,treatment of senile heart disease.
