摘　　要：目的了解新员工医院感染知识需求及掌握情况。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对228名新员工进行问卷调查。结果新员工医院感染知识欠缺,62.72%的新员工未参加过医院感染知识培训,平均得分仅为57.24分;其最希望获得的医院感染知识为传染病相关的消毒、灭菌知识;临床医院感染控制小组组织学习为最受欢迎的教育方式。结论需加强新员工的医院感染知识培训、教育工作,培训时应根据教育对象的特点安排培训方式及内容。Objective To learn new employees of hospital infection knowledge needs to grasp the situation.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey of 228 new employees is done.Results New employeeslacked knowledge,and 62.72% of the new employees did not participate in hospital infection knowledge training,with an average score of only 57.24;most want to get the knowledge of hospital infection infectious diseases related to disinfection and sterilization knowledge. Conclusion It is suggested that the knowledge of hospital infection of new staff training and education should be strengthened,and training methods and content of training should be arranged according to the characteristics of the object of education.
