摘　　要：目的对乳腺癌切除术病人以心理护理为重点,促进其心理康复,可以加快其生理康复,更有利于其社会生活的康复。方法针对患者在手术恢复期、康复期等各期的不同心理问题进行护理。结果通过心理康复护理,可以减轻或消除病人心理上的压力,提高她们的生活信心,提高生理和社会两方面的生存质量。结论乳腺癌患者的心理负担重,在护理乳腺癌患者时以心理护理为重点,促进其心理健康,加快疾病康复。Objective Psychological care as the focus of the removal of the breast cancer,can promote patients′ psychological rehabilitation,accelerate their physical rehabilitation,and be more conducive to their social life rehabilitation.Methods Carrying on care to different psychological questions of patients during surgery,rehabilitation period,etc.Results By psychological rehabilitation care,patients can reduce or eliminate the psychological pressure,increase their confidence of life,and improve both physical and social quality of life.Conclusion Breast cancer patients have heavy psychological burden.Psychological care should be taken as the focus while taking care of breast cancer patients so as to promote their mental health and speed up the rehabilitation of the disease.
