整体护理及规范化管理对手术室护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理及规范化管理对手术室护理质量的影响。方法将100例手术患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理方案进行护理;观察组采用整体护理与规范化管理方案进行护理,如建立并完善手术室各种规范管理制度,不断加强对护理人员的各种业务知识的培训,以及提高护理人员的规范操作水平等。对两组患者对临床护理的满意情况进行比较。结果我院手术室的护理人员整体素质得到提升,护理质量也明显得到改善,患者满意度也迅速提升。结论整体护理及规范化管理对提高手术室护理质量及患者满意度具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the application of nursing positioning effect of the standardized management of nursing quality of operation room.Methods 100 cases are divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing care for nursing,and the observation group with nursing care and standard location management scheme,clear positioning of the nursing in operation room,operation room,various specifications to establish and perfect the management system,strengthen the training of nursing staff business knowledge,and strive to improve the level of nursing staff standard operation.The satisfaction of clinical nursing care of two groups is compared.Results The whole diathesis of the nursing staff in our hospital operation room is improved,the nursing quality is improved significantly,and patient satisfaction is raised rapidly.Conclusion Clear operation room nursing orientation plays an important role.It can not only promote the nursing staff of standardized operation level,but also improve the patients to nursing staff job satisfaction.
