摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院检验仪器设备管理的科学管理方法。方法分析基层医院检验仪器设备管理中存在的问题,提出科学管理基层医院检验仪器设备的方法。结果检验仪器设备管理中普遍存在着操作使用不规范、仪器故障率较高、仪器维护保养不到位、购买仪器无科学论证、管理仪器不完善的规章制度等问题。结论增强管理意识,加强培训,提高检验科人员技术水平,完善仪器设备的操作规程,加强设备的日常维护保养,提高设备完好率,保障仪器设备环境条件,对仪器定期进行计量鉴定检测校准是保证检验仪器设备正常使用的科学管理措施。Objective To evaluate the scientific management of medical instrument and equipment in rural hospital.Methods Analyzing the problems of medical instument management in the rural hospitals,and proposing the scientific management method.Results There exsist a lot of problems,including the irregulate operation and use,high equipment failure rate,not enough equipment maintainance and repair,lack of scientific theory of equipment purchase and imperfect equipment management,etc.Conclusion Management consciousness should be improved,training be strengthened,equipment environment be gareented.Regular metering test is the scientific management countermeasure of equipment test.
