解脲支原体感染现状及药敏试验分析

摘　　要：目的探讨近两年解脲支原体(Uu))的感染趋势及该菌药敏情况。方法在2011-01～2012-12间,利用支原体鉴定药敏检测试剂盒进行解脲支原体临床检测。结果 5564例受检者Uu培养总阳性率41.8%(2328例),其中2011年Uu阳性率38.5%(1063例),2012年Uu阳性率45.1%(1265例)。两年阳性率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。药敏结果显示,近两年来Uu对交沙霉素和美满霉素敏感性最强,强力霉素、克拉霉素、四环素次之;2012年与2011年比较,2012年Uu对11种抗生素的耐药性均有所升高,特别是阿奇霉素、强力霉素、氧氟沙星、红霉素、四环素和克拉霉素耐药性比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Uu引起的感染及抗生素耐药性日趋增多,临床医生应根据药敏试验结果,选择敏感、有效的抗生素,以达到治疗目的。Objective To analyze the Infection trends of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and their sensitivity to antibiotic.Methods Mycoplasma identification kit was applied to the clinical determination and drugresistance analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum during January 2011 ～ December 2012.Results 5564 cases of patients were detected.The positive rate was 41.8%(2328),including the positive rate of Uu 38.5%(1063) in 2011 and the positive rate of Uu was 45.1%(1265) in 2012.Through comparing the positive rate during the two years,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).The drug sensitivity to josamycin and minocycline was the highest,followed by deoxycycline,clarithromycin and tetracycline in recent two years.Through comparing 2012 and 2011,11 kinds of antibiotics resistance of Uu all increased in 2012.Especially azithromycin,doxycycline,ofloxacin,erythromycin,tetracycline and clarithromycin resistance had significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The infected rate of Uu is rising in recent years.Sensitive and effective antibiotics should be selected to treat Uu infection according to drug sensitivity test.
