摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在纤维喉镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取五官科行纤维喉镜检查的124例患者,随机分成对照组60例和观察组64例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用舒适护理,观察两组患者血压、心率、顺从性方面的变化。结果观察组在血压、心率、顺从性方面均优于对照组。观察组完成检查的时间也明显少于对照组。结论舒适护理能有效减轻患者检查中的心理应激反应,缩短检查时间,降低患者痛苦。Objective To discuss the application result of comfortable nursing in fiber laryngoscope check.Methods Selecting 124 patients line fiber laryngoscope check in Department of Ophthalmolgy and Otorhinolaryngology,randomly dividing them into observation group and control group in with 60 and 64 cases seperately routine nursing in control group,comfortable nursing observation in the observation group,two groups of blood pressure,heart rate and the effect of compliance.Results The observation group in blood pressure,heart rate and compliance are better than those in control group.The observation group completed inspection time is also significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively relieve the patient check the psychological stress reaction,shorten the testing time,and reduce the patients pain.
