摘  要:目的探讨围产期孕妇生殖道的微生态环境,减少不良妊娠的发生。方法取1024例围产期孕妇的阴道分泌物,进行清洁度检查、细菌鉴定培养及药敏分析。结果阴道分泌物清洁度检查结果为Ⅲ、Ⅳ度的占38.18%(391例);分离出的主要菌属是葡萄球菌属、假丝酵母菌属和链球菌属。药敏试验结果显示:葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率最高,而未发现对万古霉素耐药株;粪肠球菌对青霉素和万古霉素均全部敏感,对红霉素、复方新诺明、克林霉素的耐药率较高。结论由于围产期孕妇阴道分泌物的菌群检出较多,而且有些细菌有较高的耐药性,因此,要合理应用药物,减少对母婴造成的不良影响。Objective To discuss perinatal pregnant women genital tract micro ecological environment,to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy.Methods Choosing 1024 cases of perinatal pregnant women vaginal secretions,cleanliness inspection and identification of bacteria culture and drug susceptibility analysis.Results Vaginal cleanness test results for Ⅲ,Ⅳ degrees was 38.28%(391);Main isolated bacteria genera are staphylococcus aureus,candida and streptococcus;Drug susceptibility test results showed that: Staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus aureus to penicillin resistant rate was the highest,and found no vancomycin resistant strains;Dung enterococcus and vancomycin were all sensitive to penicillin,erythromycin and co-trimoxazole,clindamycin resistance was high.Conclusion Because perinatal pregnant women vaginal flora of detection was more,some bacteria had higher resistance.Therefore,reasonable application of drugs reduced the adverse impact on maternal and infant.
