摘　　要：目的探讨安全评估对预防住院老年患者跌倒的影响。方法采用自制跌倒安全评估表对122例住院老年患者进行评估,同时进行预防跌倒的健康宣教。结果 90.28%的患者及家属不同程度的掌握了患者跌倒的相关危险因素以及预防跌倒的相关知识。结论通过住院患者安全评估表的应用达到预防住院患老年者跌倒,减少住院期间的危险因素的目的。Objective To discuss security evaluation falls in hospitalized elderly patients.Methods Using self-designed fall safety assessment to evaluate 122 cases of hospitalized elderly patients,falls prevention health education at the same time.Results 90.28% of the patients and their families understand the patients fall related risk factors and prevention knowledge of fall to different degrees.Conclusion Through the application of the hospitalized patients safety assessment,fall in the hospitalization of elderly people is prevented,and the dangerous factors of hospitalization are reduced.
