家庭访视促进子宫切除术后患者康复的研究

摘　　要：目的观察定期家庭访视对促进子宫切除术后患者康复的影响。方法采用随机抽样法选取240例子宫切除术后患者,分为访视组和对照组各120例。两组患者临床护理方法相同,访视组在此基础上增加定期家庭访视。于患者出院前、出院后3个月、6个月时采用生理状况问卷和康复情况问卷对其进行测评。结果子宫切除术后部分患者存在卵巢功能减退和排泄功能紊乱症状。出院后3个月和6个月时,访视组患者伤口疼痛发生率、康复时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定期家庭访视解决了患者出院后遇到的各种健康问题,提高了患者自我护理知识和能力,促进了康复,患者的满意率明显提高。Objective To observe regular family visit to promote hysterectomy patients after the effects of rehabilitation.Methods Using random convenience sampling method to select 240 cases of postoperative patients hysterectomy,dividing them into supervision group and control group of 120 cases each.Two groups of patients are in the same clinical nursing methods,and supervision group is added with regular increase family visit.In the hospital patients before and after discharge from hospital for 3 months and 6 months,physiological status questionnaire and recovery situation questionnaire are evaluated.Results After hysterectomy,some patients have ovarian hypothyroidism and discharge function disorder symptoms.And discharged after 3 months and 6 months,wound pain incidence and recovery time in the supervision group were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Regular family visit to patients after discharge solve various health problems and improve the self nursing knowledge and ability,promote the rehabilitation,and improve the satisfaction of patients obviously.
