金属幕墙铝板受力设计和结构改进技术措施研究

摘　　要：金属幕墙的铝板设计及使用除按建筑需要外,还要按围护构件进行内力分析和强度计算,铝板的计算必须满足要求并合理使用加强肋.施工中应用最普遍的金属幕墙结构是采用耐候胶将所有的板缝处进行密封,这种体系带来很多隐患,从铝板板面造成变形的主要因素及板面变形的处理办法,以及在国外解决以上问题的主要方法就是采用开放式幕墙系统,再引申到使用中应该注意的一些问题,进而建议使用开放式幕墙系统.The desigh and application of aluminum of metal-curtain wall are required not only to mect the need of construction,but also to make internal force analysis and strength calculation.The calculation of aluminum must-satify the requirements and rational use of the streng thening rib.The most commonly used metal-curtain wall in construction is the wall in which rubber ghce is used to seal all the seams,which has many hidden dargers.In this paper,the author introduccs the main factors causing the deformation of aluminum surface as well as the trentment methods,among which the opening curtain wall system is the main method to solve the above problems and the recommended way by the author.
