摘 要:选用新型相变蓄热材料JDJN-60,提出内通流体并联螺旋盘管相变蓄热装置结构,并搭建了可以满足张家口地区30m2建筑供热量的蓄热装置试验台,对其蓄热特性进行研究.研究结果表明:相变材料的蓄热过程分三个阶段,潜热蓄热阶段温度变化缓慢且持续时间长;随着传热流体入口温度和流量的增大,蓄热时间都不断减少,但温度影响明显大于流量影响;试验装置蓄热量可以满足30平米地暖房间采暖需要.The phase change thermal storage device with parallel helical coil flowing inside is proposed adopting a new phase change material JDJN-60.In addition,the corresponding heating experiment table was built,which could meet the heating needs of 30 m2 buildings in Zhangjiakou.its heat storage characteristic was studied.The results show the thermal energy storage process has three stages,the temperature of PCM changes slowly and lasts long in the process of phase change.Along with the heat exchange fluid's temperature and flow increasing,the time for thermal energy storage is reduced constantly but the influencof temperature is obviously higher Than that of flow.The heat storage capacity of the experimental device can meet the heating needs of 30 m2 buildings.
