摘　　要：为了解决钢铁行业企业多种金属材质在酸洗过程中的腐蚀问题,研制了一种多功能环境友好型清洗缓蚀剂(DHS),通过失重法和摇床实验法测定了其缓蚀性能以及生物降解性能。实验结果表明,当添加量为0.4%时,对多种金属均有良好的缓蚀性能,可以满足钢铁企业不同材质和不同工艺设备的一次性清洗要求,且28天的降解率达到52.45%。A kind of multifunctional environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor(DHS)was prepared in order to protect many kinds materials from corrosion in iron and steel enterprise.The corrosion inhibition performance was studied by rotary hanging-piece corrosion tests.And biodegradability was investigated by biodegradation experiments.The experimental results showed that DHS has good performance both on corrosion inhibition and biologic degradable.It was suitable for the serious of materials and presense in iron and steel enterprise when the concentration of DHS was 0.4%.And the efficiency of biodegradability was 52.45% in 28d.
