摘　　要：通过取样、过滤、烘干、称重等步骤,采用称重法和颗粒尺寸测量法对六缸缸体合件、缸盖合件的主副油道、燃烧室和气道以及水道清洁度进行检测的方法,为大功率柴油机组装过程中清洁度控制提供技术依据。A method for Cleanliness testing of the the six-cylinder diesel engine block,cylinder head parts,through sampling,filtration,drying and weighing steps,weighing method and particle size measurements cleanliness testing for the main and auxiliary oil passages of the cylinder head parts,the combustion chamber and ports and waterways of six cylinder parts and cylinder head assembly,provide the technical basis for the high-power diesel engine assembly process cleanliness control.
