摘  要:苯并三氮唑(BTA)是一种常用和有效的铜及其合金的缓蚀剂;经BTA处理后,在铜表面可形成一层BTA和一价铜离子的络合物(Cu2BTA)保护膜,能阻止铜的进一步腐蚀。单一的BTA的缓释效果不是很理想,所以目前学者开发了BTA复配缓蚀剂。BTA复配缓蚀剂有较好的协同效应,可相互促进其界面作用,形成多元保护膜从而产生协同保护作用。文中介绍了苯并三氮唑(BTA)的缓蚀机理以及其复配缓蚀机理。Benzotriazole is a kind of common and effective corrosion inhibitor on copper alloy.After processing by benzotriazole,it is formed a complex of protective film by benzotriazole as well as Cu+ on the surface of copper,and hinder ed the further corrosion of copper.Nowadays,scholars exploitated benzotriazole compounded corrosion inhibitor because of it not very ideal of single benzotriazole's slow-release effect.It was possess ed better synergistic effect and promoted interface interaction each other.Meanwhile,it was possessed multivariate protective film to generate synergistic protective effect.It was introduced the inhibition mechanism of benzotriazole and benzotriazole compounded corrosion inhibitor in this article.
