摘　　要：加强高校实践育人工作,是全面落实党的教育方针,深入实施素质教育,大力提高高等教育质量的必然要求。高校必须积极调动整合社会各方面资源,形成实践育人合力,努力构建全员化参与、课程化建设、项目化管理、组织化推进、社会化运作、多元化结合的六大长效机制,推动实践育人工作取得新成效。To strengthen the work of the college practice of educating people is the inevitable requirements of full implementation of the education policy of the Communist Party of China,going deep into quality education,vigorously improve the quality of higher education.College and universities should mobilize and integrate the resource from all aspects of society,and combine strength of practicing of educating people.At the same time,we get effort to establish the six long-term mechanisms of full-stuff participation,establishment of course,project-oriented management,propelled systematization,moving and operating socialization,and combined diversification.So we can make new achievements through promote the work of the college practice of educating people.
