磁珠法在微量检材DNA提取中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究磁珠法提取微量生物检材DNA物质的可行性。方法:对汗斑、微量唾液斑、指甲这3类微量生物检材采用磁珠法提取DNA,经过STR荧光复合扩增,ABI310测序仪检测,进行STR分型,以检测提取方法的灵敏度。结果:这3类微量生物检材获得了完整的STR分型。结论:磁珠法提取微量检材中DNA物质的效果较好。Objective: To Study the feasibility of extracting DNA matter with the method of magnetism pearl in the trace living materials. Methods: Aopting magnetism pearl method to extract DNA in the three kinds of sweat stain 、trace saliva speckle、nail .Through STR fluorescence compound expand increase,ABI310 measures order instrument detecting, carring out STR types to check the sensitiveness of the extracting method. Results:Gaining entire STR types in the three kinds of trace living materials. Conclusion: The effect of extracting DNA matter with the method of magnetism pearl in the trace living materials is fairly good.
