摘　　要：大学生入党积极分子是大学生党员的重要储备力量,其队伍建设状况直接决定着大学生党员的质量。因此,探索其教育培训的有效途径,对于提高大学生积极分子素质、提升大学生党员队伍质量,保持党的先进性和纯洁性,推动高校学生党建工作的科学发展具有重要意义。The college student candidates for members of the Communist Party of China are important reserve for teaming up a vigorous partisan in the country.To elevate the virtues of college students and prepare backups for a self-disciplined partisan,the education and training of college candidates for the party was deemed of vital significance for the party's vigor.
