药食同源组方主食对住院2型糖尿病患者疗效的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察药食同源的组方主食对住院2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法筛选内分泌科室中老年超重2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为对照组和干预组。干预组除给予和对照组同样的常规治疗膳食和饮食指导外,每日中、晚餐用50g组方窝头替代50g常规糖尿病主食。分别于入院时和干预14d后检测血糖指标、血脂指标、体征指标。结果干预前后比较,干预组各项指标降幅均大于对照组,其中干预组空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2h血糖值 (2hPG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、体质指数 (BMI)下降具有统计学意义,对照组仅FPG、BMI两项指标下降具有统计学意义。干预后组间比较,FPG、2hPG差异具有统计学意义。结论药食同源组方主食对2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂和体重控制有积极作用,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To observe the food and medicine homologous staple food's efficacy for hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Eighty cases who were elderly,overweight,type 2 diabetes patients were selected and divided into control group and intervention group randomly.As the same dietary guidance,the control group was given routine treatment diet,the intervention group with 50 g food and medicine homologous staple food alternative 50 g conventional diabetes staple food lunch and dinner.Then blood glucose,blood lipids and body signs among all cases were tested before and after intervention.Results Through the intervention,each indicator of the intervention group declined greater than the control group,and among intervention group indicators of FPG,2 h PG,TC,TG and BMI had declined significantly,while among the control group indicators of FPG,BMI had declined significantly.Compared indicators between the two groups after intervention,it were statistically significant differences in 2 h PG,FPG.Conclusion The food and medicine homologous staple food has a positive effect on blood glucose,lipids and body signs among patients with type 2 diabetes,and has a high application value.
