摘　　要：目的了解北京市东城区居民死因监测的漏报情况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取交道口街道中所有的户籍人口作为本次漏报调查的调查对象,通过入户调查方法获得每户家庭在2009-2011年的死亡信息,与常规医学死亡登记系统电子数据库核对,统计漏报率。结果 2009-2011年东城区居民死因监测总漏报率为5.6%,5岁以下儿童死亡无漏报。男性漏报率为5.9%,女性漏报率为5.3%,男女性死亡漏报率差别无统计学意义;不同年度死亡漏报率差异无统计学意义;不同居委会比较,交东居委会漏报率最低为1.6%,鼓楼苑居委会漏报率最高为9.4%。死因监测漏报数据主要来源于东城区公安分局,占总漏报人数的73.3%。结论东城区居民死因监测存在漏报,应进一步采取相应的措施,提高死因监测数据的质量。Objective To study the under-reporting status of mortality surveillance among Dongcheng district residents in Beijing.Methods All of the resident people in Jiaodaokou street had been selected as the under-reporting investigation objects by random cluster sampling methods.Mortality information of each family from 2009 to 2011 got by household survey method was proofread with electronic database of conventional medical death registration system and the under-reporting rate was calculated.Results The total under-reporting rate of mortality surveillance among Dongcheng district residents from 2009 to 2011 was 5.6% and no under reporting of children death under 5 years old.The under-reporting rate of male was 5.9% while the female was 5.3% and the gender difference was no statistically significant.There was no significant difference between different years.The under-reporting rate of Jiaodong residents' committee was lowest(1.6%) while Gulouyuan residents'committee was highest(9.4%).The under-reporting data of mortality surveillance was mainly got from Dongcheng District Public Security Bureau,which was accounted for 73.3% of total underreporting people.Conclusion The under-reporting of mortality surveillance among Dongcheng district residents was evidenced.The data quality of mortality surveillance should be improved by further corresponding measures.
