朝阳区2009-2011年居民死因漏报调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解朝阳区居民报告死亡与实际死亡的差异程度及漏报原因,提高死因报告的完整性,促进朝阳区国家级慢性病防控示范区工作。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,在全区43个街乡各抽取2～3个居委会进行调查摸底获取调查时间段的死亡信息,与疾控掌握的死亡信息核对,对可疑漏报名单采取入户调查,再次核对后统计漏报率。结果 2009—2011年朝阳区居民死亡漏报率为8.47%,其中男性为9.38%,女性为7.23%,男性死亡漏报率高于女性。5岁以下儿童死亡无漏报。城区漏报率为10.01%,农村漏报率为5.44%,差异有统计学意义,城区高于农村。结论朝阳区存在居民死亡漏报情况.应进一步采取综合措施,提高居民死因报告率和报告质量。Objective To understand the degree of difference of reported death and actual death and underreporting reasons of Chaoyang District residents,to improve the integrity of the Death report,and to promote national chronic disease prevention and control demonstration area of Chaoyang District.Methods To Take a random cluster sampling method,in the region of 43 parastic collected 2-3 each neighborhood committees to conduct investigations to obtain the death of the survey period,each death information was checked with electronic database of conventional medical death registration system of cdc,to take home survey method to suspicious underreporting list,to check the underreporting death information again,and to calculate the underreporting rate.Results The total death underreporting rate of Chaoyang district residents in 2009 - 2011 was 8.47%,which for men was 9.38%and for women was 7.23%.the male death underreporting rate was higher than the female.There was no death underreporting in children under 5 years old.The city underreporting rate was 10.01%,which for rural was 5.44%,the difference was statistically significant,the rate for the urban areas was higher than which in rural areas.Conclusions The death underreporting of Chaoyang district residents was evidenced.The comprehensive measures should be taken to further improve the reporting rate and the quality of reporting of Resident Deaths.
