摘　　要：目的了解北京市大兴区居民健康知识与行为现状,为政府制定卫生政策和干预策略提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对大兴区3个乡镇9个社区/行政村的18～79岁居民807人进行问卷调查。采用χ2检验进行统计学分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果大兴区居民健康知识总体知晓率为68.82%,其中健康生活方式、安全与急救、基本医疗、慢性病预防知识和传染病与地方病预防的知晓率分别为74.85%、77.20%、59.48%、59.48%和73.11%。结论大兴区居民健康知识知晓率距离《健康北京人-全民健康促进十年行动规划》和《健康北京"十二五"发展建设规划》目标还有一定差距,应加强健康教育与健康促进工作,广泛开展健康知识普及行动,提高居民的健康意识和健康知识水平。Objective To understand the health knowledge level of residents in Daxing District , Beijing , and to explore the shortage of knowledge and its influencing factors , and thus to provide evidences for health policy and intervention strategy maked by the government. Methods The cluster random sampling method was enrolled in the study.Data collected through a survey from 807 residents with the age of 18 to 79 years old in 9 communities or countries from 3 towns in Daxing District.Using χ2 test to analysis the datas.The difference has statistical significant ( P<0.05 ) . Results The total awareness rate of health knowledge among residents was 68.82%.The knowledge rates of healthy lifestyle , safety and first aid , basic healthcare , control and prevention of chronic diseases , prevention of infectious and endemic diseases are 74.85% 、 77.20% 、 59.48% 、 59.48% and 73.11% respectively. Conclusions There were still gaps , in health knowledge awareness of residents in Daxing District , between present situation and the targets of ' Healthy Pekingese-National Health Ten-Year Plan ' and ' 12th Five-Year Development Construction Plan for Health Beijing ' .In order to promote people's health awareness and knowledge , health education and health promotion should be strengthened and emphasized.
