呼和浩特市回民区2011年居民死因监测数据分析

摘　　要：目的了解呼和浩特市回民区居民死亡谱及威胁居民健康的主要疾病,为制定疾病预防控制政策提供科学依据。方法收集2011年呼和浩特市回民区居民死因监测数据和人口学资料,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析,计算死亡率、标化死亡率、减寿年数和平均预期寿命。结果 2011年呼和浩特市回民区居民粗死亡率为658.93/10万,标化死亡率为659.21/10万;其中男性居民粗死亡率为849.39/10万,标化死亡率为755/10万;女性居民粗死亡率为465.83/10万,标化死亡率为537.05/10万。婴儿死亡率为14.25‰。2011年呼和浩特市回民区居民平均预期寿命为74.2岁,男性居民的平均预期寿命为71.1岁,女性居民的平均预期寿命为77.2岁。循环系统疾病的死亡率居全部死因的首位,标化死亡率远远高于全国城市平均水平。恶性肿瘤居第二位,标化死亡率接近全国城市平均水平。减寿年数以循环系统疾病为首位。结论循环系统疾病对呼和浩特市回民区居民健康影响很大,应针对该区居民健康生活方式及其他危险因素进行综合干预,减少循环系统疾病的发病和死亡。Objective To examine the spectrum of deaths and the major threats to residents' health in Huhhot Huimin District and provide the scientific basis for disease prevention and control policy making. Methods The datafrom the cause of death monitoring stations and Bureau of Statistics in Huimin District were collected.The crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate, potential years of life lost and average life expectancy were statistically calculated using SPSS 17.0. Results The residents'crude death rate is nearly 658.93 per 100 000 population and the standardized mortality is 659.21 per 100 000 for Huhhot Huimin District in 2011.The male crude death rate is 849.39 per 100 000 popoulation and the standardized mortality is 755.00 per 100 000.The female crude death rate is 465.83 per 100 000 population and the standardized mortality is 537.05 per 100 000. The infant mortality rate is 14.25‰.The residents life expectancy is 74.2 years while the male life expectancy is 71.1 years and the female life expectancy is 77.2 years.Circulatory system diseases are the top cause of death among all death causes and its standardized mortality rate is much higher than average national urban level in our country.Malignant tumor is the second leading cause of death and the standardized mortality is close to the national urban mortality level.When it comes to the potential years of life lost,circulatory system diseases are the leading cause among the list. Conclusions Circulatory system diseases have the greatest impact on residents health in Huhhot Huimin District.In order to control this situation,we should take effective intervention procedures to reduce the risk factors and improve the residents'lifestyle.
