北京市朝阳区社区成年女性高血压危险因素分析及对策

摘　　要：目的掌握北京市朝阳区社区成年女性高血压患病的危险因素,探讨其防治对策。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,对北京市朝阳区4252名18～79岁社区成年女性进行问卷调查和体格检查,并进行高血压相关因素的单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果成年女性高血压患病与年龄、民族、文化程度、糖尿病、血脂异常、体质指数(BMI)值、中心性肥胖有关,其OR(95%CI)值分别为2.231(2.070～2.404),1.468(1.072～2.011),0.817(0.750～0.891),2.374(1.818～3.101),1.195(1.012～1.412),1.620(1.435～1.829),1.283(1.059～1.555)。结论社区女性高血压的发生与多种因素有关,要针对高危人群加强健康教育和健康干预,提倡合理膳食,控制体重、血糖和血脂,以降低女性高血压的患病率。Objective To master hypertension risk factors among adults female residents in community of Beijing. Methods The adult female residents were selected by multistage stratified sampling,and investigated with the same questionnaires,body measurement,blood sample analysis,to analyze risk factors of hypertension by logistic regression with multi-factors. Results The single factors analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that old age,minority,education,diabetes,abnormal blood lipid,body mass index;central obesity were the main risk factors for hypertension,and their OR(95%CI)were 2.231(2.070-2.404),1.468(1.072-2.011),0.817(0.750-0.891),2.374(1.818-3.101),1.195(1.012-1.412),1.620(1.435-1.829),1.283(1.059-1.555). Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension in adult female residents in Chaoyang district was correlated with multi-factors.Health-education and health intervention should be strengthen on body weight,blood sugar,blood lipids and health diets for high risk population.
