云南省面向东盟开展国际技术转移对策研究

摘　　要：在当今经济、科技全球化的背景下,国际技术转移迅速发展。云南地处中国与东南亚、南亚的结合部,是我国连接东南亚、南亚的国际大通道,开展国际技术转移工作具有较好的区位优势。在分析和总结近年来云南省面向东盟国家开展国际技术转移工作取得的成效和经验的基础上,结合桥头堡建设发展的新机遇,提出了云南面向东盟国家开展国际技术转移的总体思路、主要任务和对策措施。Currently,with economic and technology globalizing,international technology transfer has boosted rapidly.Yunnan Province borders on the Southeastern Asia and Southern Asia,and is the international channel that connects China with Southeastern Asia and Southern Asia.Therefore,Yunnan has location advantage to launch international technology transfer work.This article based on analysis and summaries of achievements and experience on the international technology transfer work that Yunnan Province has taken to ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Member States in recent years,integrates the new opportunities that'Gateway Policy'has brought,and provides general idea,main mission and strategy of the international technology transfer work that Yunnan Province has taken to ASEAN Member States.
