摘　　要：粮食安全事关国家和地区国计民生的安全,边疆民族地区的粮食安全与多重公共安全相交织更突显了问题的重要性与复杂性。文章从多重安全视野重新审视了边疆民族地区的粮食安全问题,重新认识边疆民族地区粮食安全问题的实质,提出从国家层面统筹谋划多重安全,加强国家责任,赋予社会保障体系微观粮食安全的内容,探索破解多重安全问题的多功能农业新路等政策建议。Food security is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood;it highlights more importance and complexity when food security is interlaced with multiple securities in ethnic region of the frontier.In perspective of multiple securities,the paper points out essential problem of food security of ethnic region in the frontier firstly,and then initiates the central government with responsibility for multiple security and brings micro-level food security into social security system,and finally suggests the development of multifunctional agriculture in order to solve issue of multiple security.
