摘　　要：新农村建设是我国经济建设的热点和重点,但由于农村经济、文化等各方面的落后现状及BOT模式在新农村建设中的较少应用,给徐州大洞山乡村旅游建设项目的成功实施带来了诸多风险。文章在对徐州大洞山进行大量实地调研的基础上,依据风险分析的相关理论,提出项目实施过程中可能存在的各种风险,并针对每一种潜在风险给出了相应的对策,旨在为BOT模式能在中国新农村建设中发挥作用提供建议。The new rural construction is the hot point and focus of our Country's economic construction,but because of the falling behind of all sides in China's rural area such as the economy,culture,and the situation that BOT model in the new rural construction is very few to follow,they all bring many kinds of risks for the project's successful accomplishment.Based on the lots of actual research to the tourism of Xuzhou Dadongshan and the theory of risk analysis,we come up with corresponding measures for each potential risk to supply some useful advice for the construction of new countryside in China based on the BOT model.
