摘　　要：采用SWOT分析方法,对大汶河流域生态旅游的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行比较系统的分析,并利用特尔菲法对各因素进行打分,根据打分结果制定了适宜的开发战略:把握机遇,扬长避短,趁势发展。最后提出了一些大汶河生态旅游的开发建议。Advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ecotourism in the watershed of Dawenhe are systematically analyzed on SWOT analysis method.By the Delphi method to rate those various factors,a suitable developing strategy is developed according to the scoring results to seize opportunities and play the advantages while circumvent the disadvantages.At last,several suggestions of developing ecotourism among the watershed of Dawenhe are offered.
