休闲农业经营诊断与规划——以海南农垦万嘉果南海基地为例

摘　　要：从经营策略、业务管理、营销管理、营运管理、环境管理等五个方面对海南农垦万嘉果南海基地发展休闲农业进行了综合诊断,从管理的内部层面一直到基地的外部环境都进行了深入剖析。针对目前发展休闲农业存在的主要问题引入了体验经济及营销的概念,做到开源的效果,并且提出具体建议、设立体验分区、设计体验活动。希望能改善以此为代表的我国休闲农业经营现状,促进农业产业升级。Development of leisure agriculture in Hainan State Farms Wanjiaguo Nanhai base is diagnosed synthetically from five aspects,including management strategy,operation management,marketing management,working management and environment management.It is anatomized deeply from the interior management to the exterior environment.Then the idea of experience economy and marketing are introduced in to aim at the main problems of leisure agriculture development,so that sources of income were enhanced.We then advance some concrete suggestions,set up the subarea of experience and then designed the movement of experience.We hope that our work could improve the management status of leisure agriculture,and then promote the industrial upgrade of our agriculture.
