摘　　要：近年来,随着全国各地果品业的迅速发展,许多学者对各地发展的成功经验进行的理论探索为我国果品业的健康发展提供了理论支持,相关研究也进入新一轮高潮。笔者运用文献法、数理统计方法综合梳理发现,目前国内研究的侧重点在果品结构和质量安全、果品业市场竞争力、果品产业化发展模式等方面,成果颇丰,但也存在研究视角与方法上的问题与不足,对其进行深入、细致的调查和研究,无疑对研究整个果品产业化发展有重要意义。In recent years,with rapid development of the fruit industry all over the country,many scholars search after the successful experience to provided the theory support of the development of fruit industry,and relevant studies show a new level of the climax.In this paper,the literature and mathematical statistical methods are used and to find that at present the fruit structure and quality safety,fruit industry market competitiveness,and development mode of fruit industrialization are the emphasis study in domestic,results are impressive,but there also are problems and deficiencies in the research perspectives and methods,It's no doubt that further investigation and research on those methods have important meaning of the development of the whole fruit industrialization.
