摘  要:根据国内外已有的研究成果,结合株洲市的实际,探索建立了一个包涵社会经济、资源环境、科学技术、交通建筑四个子系统的评价指标体系,利用株洲市2000~2010年的数据并运用主成分分析法和层次分析法对株洲市低碳发展的综合水平进行了实证分析。分析结果表明,近11年来株洲市的低碳发展水平整体上处于上升的趋势,并且在不同年份四个子系统对低碳发展的贡献率会发生变化,说明在低碳发展的不同阶段体现了不同的发展重心,但低碳城市是一个涉及各个层面的系统工程,只有使社会经济、资源环境、科学技术和交通建筑四个系统协调发展、相互促进,才能为株洲市的低碳发展赢得进一步增长的空间。Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,combined with Zhuzhou's actual development,an index evaluation system that embraces social economy,resources and environment,science and technology,architecture and transportation is established in this paper,with which Zhuzhou's low-carbon developmental level is analyzed by Zhuzhou data from 2000 to 2010 via PCA and AHP.The empirical result indicates that during the last eleven years Zhuzhou's low-carbon developmental level is in a rising trend,and the contribution rate of four subsystems to the low-carbon development will change in different years.Furthermore it shows that in different stages of low-carbon development there is different development centre.However,the low-carbon city is a system project that involves various dimensions,only make the social economy,resources and environment,science and technology and architecture and transportation four subsystems coordinated and promoted mutually,Zhuzhou City will win in the further growth space of the low-carbon development.
