“三化”视域下的区域生态效率发展研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：城镇化、工业化和农业现代化是影响区域生态效率的三股主要力量。通过建立"三化"联动下的生态效率效应模型,运用数据包络分析方法,测算2000～2010年河南省的生态效率,并实证检验城镇化、工业化和农业现代化进程中的生态效率变化趋势及其影响因素。研究结果表明,2000～2010年期间,河南省的生态效率整体上呈现出先下滑后上升的"V"字型变化趋势;在2000～2004年,生态效率处于下滑阶段,城镇化是制约生态效率下滑的主要力量,而工业化是推动生态效率下滑的核心力量;在2005～2010年,生态效率处于上升阶段,城镇化是生态效率上升的核心推力,而工业化是生态效率上升的主要阻力;农业现代化发展水平是河南省生态效率提升的阻碍因素,但其阻碍作用逐步减弱。最后提出了相应的对策建议。Urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization are the three major impact forces of regional ecological efficiency.Through the establishment of the ecological efficiency effect model under'3-ization'linkage,using data envelopment analysis method,we calculated Henan province ecological efficiency during 2000-2010 years,and empirically tests ecological efficiency change trend and its influence factors in the process of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization.The results showed that,during the years of 2000-2010,Henan province ecological efficiency presents 'V'shape trend;during the years of 2000-2004,ecological efficiency is in decline phase,and urbanization is the main force to restrict ecology efficiency decline,but industrialization is the core strength to promote ecological efficiency decline;during the years of 2005-2010,ecological efficiency is in the rise phase,urbanization is the core thrust to rise ecological efficiency,and industrialization is the main resistance to ecological efficiency increase;the level of agricultural modernization in Henan province is the obstacle factor to ecological efficiency,but the hindrance role progressively abates.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
