摘　　要：公益林生态系统服务价值评价是公益林生态系统管理与可持续发展的重要内容,模型库及其管理系统是决策支持系统的核心。在公益林生态系统服务价值评价的主要内容与价值量评估公式、参数设置、计算方法与数据挖掘技术的基础上,使用SQLserver数据库技术通过模型字典设计公益林生态系统服务价值评价模型库,并按层次结构实现模型的分类入库存储;结合C#集成可视化开发工具实现模型目录树结构的模型库管理系统。系统层次清晰,易于模型添加、更新和删除,具有较强的计算、分析、预测与决策功能,辅助生态公益林管理与决策者提高决策水平和质量。Evaluation of non-commercial forest ecosystem services is important content of non-commercial forest ecosystem management and its sustainable development,model base and its management system is the core of decision support system.On the basis of primary contents,evaluation formulations,parameter setting,computing methods and data mining technology of non-commercial forest ecosystem services evaluation,this paper designed model base of non-commercial forest ecosystem services evaluation with the SQL Sever technology and model dictionary,classified storing of models was implemented according to their hierarchical structure,further,model base management system of directory tree structure was presented with the help of the C#,an integrated visual development tool.This system has a clear hierarchy and can add,update and remove models easily.At the same time,the computing ability,analyzing ability,predicting and decision ability of this system are great,this can help the manager and decision maker of non-commercial forest improve the level and quality of decision.
