摘　　要：山东省经济的发展过度依赖于煤炭资源,对山东省经济的发展产生了桎梏,无论从目前的经济增长方式、能源消费结构还是目前的环境污染状况来看,都迫切要求山东省经济发展模式向低碳模式转型,迫切要求走低碳发展之路。文章分析了山东省煤炭产业低碳发展存在的能源结构不协调、产业结构不合理、粗放型发展模式未从根本上转变等问题,以及在低碳技术创新、发展循环经济等方面取得的成绩,从煤炭生产的低碳转型、煤炭利用的低碳转型、煤炭技术的低碳转型、煤炭业务的低碳转型等方面提出了山东省煤炭产业低碳转型的路径。The economic development of Shandong province is too dependent on coal resources,blocks the economic development.It is a pressing requirement for Shandong province to transit economic development model whether from the current mode of economic growth,energy consumption structure or the present pollution situation.This article analyzes the problems that low-carbon energy structure not harmonious and extensive development pattern has not fundamentally change,and the achievements in low-carbon technology innovation and development of circular economy progress.At last,it gives out the path of low-carbon transition from coal production,coal use low-carbon transition coal technology,low-carbon transition of coal business,and so on.
